I am a Clinical Therapist who is passionate about treating children, youth, and their families using approaches that are tailored to best meeting my clients unique needs and challenges.
I am dedicated to meeting my clients where they are at, and working with them to achieve improvements and create opportunity for them to be the person they want to be in life. The majority of my work has involved at-risk youth who are struggling with bullying, violence, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideations, family conflict, sexual abuse, self-esteem, and anxiety. I am also able to provide prevention and intervention support for families who are struggling with specific challenges within the family unit or families who are in crisis. I take a unique, creative approach to therapy and counselling with all my clients by incorporating self-regulation, expression, and psycho-education into most treatment approaches. My Private Practice is located minutes away for Vincent Massey P.S, Duke of Cambridge P.S, and Bowmanville High School. This provides clients and there families easy access to treatment. Hours and days are flexible and can be arranged to accommodate client base.
