I offer counselling services in London ON, with more than 20 years of experience in the counselling psychology field.
I provide psychotherapy to adolescents, individuals and couples experiencing different types of difficulties. These can include feeling easily overwhelmed, irritable, depressed or missing ease in one's life. I have a Master's of Education in Counselling and am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and a Certified Canadian Counselor (CCC) Additionally, I have more than 10 years of Certified experience doing Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
