It is taken into consideration that health is not just about the physical body, there are many aspects of health that we are not commonly thinking about. Various parts of whole health, include social health, mental health, spiritual health, emotional health, financial health, intellectual health, vocational health, dietary health and environmental health. The aim is to strive for the most balance in all of these areas, it doesn’t need to be perfect, but we need to consider the big picture of good health, not only the physical.
