Leila Mackay received her B.A. (Psych. & Human Sciences) from The University of Ottawa, and MA (Counselling and Spirituality) from St. Paul University.
Leila is President of Association for Spirituality and Mental Health that meets regularly at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre.
In her practice, Leila is supervised by Dr. Karen Ogston, C. Psych. Leila & Dr. Ogston offer assessment and interventions primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among other therapy formats. Both are currently attaining Beck Institute certification.
