Hello and a warm welcome to London Road Psychotherapy, based in Sarnia, Ontario.
My name is Pawan Singh and I am a social worker and psychotherapist (BSW, MSW, RSW). We all face difficulties in our lives. I can help. People come for psychotherapy for a number of different reasons. What I can help with is: - Anxiety - Depression - Stress - Work Issues - Relationship Issues - Anger - Dealing with Pain - Bereavement - Loss - Self-esteem - Trauma - Couples Therapy. Some of the practices that I use to deal with these issues are: CBT, Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness, and Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM).
