Description
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
With 20 years experience working in the community with clients with depression and anxiety, and issues with trauma, grief, loss, anger and chronic pain, it is my pleasure and honour to help people in sometimes the most difficult times of their lives. Having 17 years of working in Canada's largest inpatient mental health facility, I have participated in the care of thousands of clients with mental/emotional health issues. With 10 years of working in clients' homes (CCAC), I have developed a clear understanding of how mental health issues affect day to day living.
Self exploration is best achieved in a comfortable and friendly environment. I pride myself in quickly establishing a meaningful connection with my clients. Clients commonly remark that my unique strategies for functioning and my fresh perspectives are empowering and motivating. I prefer working with people with complex histories who present with stubborn or persistent symptoms.
