Description
Drop Off Services
We offer a drop-off service to support you and your cat with your busy lifestyles. You are welcome to schedule an appointment for your cat, and drop him or her off in the morning and pick up after your cat later that day. This allows us to still care for your cat when you aren’t able to be there yourselves. Rest assured that we will give your cat the same attention as if you were present.
To ensure that we provide the care your cat needs and communicate with you to meet your needs, please plan to spend a few minutes when you drop off your cat to let us know your concerns. If you prefer, you can fill out the questionnaire prior to the appointment and either bring it with you or e-mail it to us before you come. Please also provide a phone number where we can reach you.
We will try to accommodate your schedule late pick up or early drop off can be arranged in advance.
Pick up service
We will offer a pickup service for our busy clients who cannot bring their cats to the veterinary clinic themselves. We provide our clients with a pick up service for their cats in the early morning in the downtown Toronto area from your home. Please call for more details about our pick up service.
Office Visits
Please call 416-479-0142 to schedule an appointment. We also ask that all cats be confined to a carrier while in the waiting room.
Whether a wellness appointment, or a sick cat appointment, we allow time to address your concerns and to educate you about preventing or treating medical and behavioral problems. We have developed a pre-exam questionnaire that helps us to address all concerns that you may have. At the end of the visit you will receive a "report card" with exam findings and recommendations for care. We also provide needed handouts for various wellness, home, and health conditions. We know that your time is important to you so we keep our appointments spaced so that we do not keep you waiting. We want to spend the needed time with you and your cat so please allow 20- 30 minutes for your time in the office.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel with us as soon as possible so we can care for sick and other patients that need care.
