Reubenesque Yoga

Description

Cora Clearwater is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and delights in having a round, plus size body. Reubenesque Yoga is designed for round bodies, plus size individuals. She has done Kripalu Yoga for the past twenty years.
Her background was nursing. She left nursing and has become a seasoned certified psychotherapist with a private practice, for the past twenty-two, in York Region. Her dislike of gym type exercises took her to learning yoga with a good friend who teaches in York Region. In the twenty years of yoga she was often the only plus size woman in classes. She continues to enjoy the benefits of yoga and took the teacher’s training with the intent to teach plus size individuals. She teaches all sizes, but her passion is to empower plus size individual to maintain a healthy life style and to become physically active.
