Find out where you stand. -Motor vehicle offences under the Highway Traffic Act: traffic tickets, accidents, impaired driving, over .05, over .08, failure to remain at the scene, dangerous or careless driving, stunt driving, racing, failure to stop for a school bus, failure to stop for police, operating a vehicle without insurance, demerit points, and commercial trucking infractions. -Civil litigation: including slip and fall, personal injury, torts, credit settlements, appeals, liens, credit disputes, accident benefit claims, and WSIB issues. -Legal issues: involving landlord/tenant matters, real estate, insurance claims, city/municipal by-laws, bail hearings, guilty pleas, human rights, and commissioner of oaths.
