FS Evaluation is a Canadian company dedicated to providing expert and timely medical services and specialties, including physical evaluations. We provide quality medical reports by independent professionals who express their medical opinions accurately, objectively and on a timely basis.
Our team includes medical practitioners with more over 20 years of experience in the health industry, as well as Chiropractors, Registered Nurses, medical Doctors, Psychologists, and Dentists. We work with a variety of rehabilitation clinics all over GTA so we can help claimants find the most convenient location. We also work directly with paralegals and lawyers, so we can provide the highest quality of customer service. Our goal is a genuine understanding of clients’ needs, so we also provide additional services that will make our clients’ lives easier: We can arrange for an Independent Accredited Interpreter to be present at the assessment(s). We can arrange transportation for clients to and from the assessment location. We can also provide our clients with assistive devices to help them return to previous home and social activities.
