Learn How To Eat According To Your Genes We provide a variety of services but we specialize in personalized nutrition, particularly by utilizing Nutrigenomics in practice. We are very excited to be the first and only specialized clinic in Mississauga to offer this service and help individuals optimize their diet and health, one gene at a time. At MyDiet Clinic we provide one on one counselling as well as group and corporate sessions. We consult in a variety of different topics and cover many areas of interest. The following are some of the many areas of focus: - Weight Management - Chronic health conditions (i.e. High blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes etc.) - Pre and postnatal nutrition counselling - Eating right while breastfeeding - Eating healthy when dining out - How to eat healthy on a budget - Creating a healthy menu for your family and social gatherings - Great ideas and tips on how to snack properly - How to prepare quick & nutritious dinners after work Here are some of the services we provide: Nutrigenomix Testing -Learn how to eat according to your genes Personalized Diet/Meal Plans Grocery Store Tours: -Learn how to read a food label -Shop healthy on a budget -Learn how to browse aisles In-Home Cooking Classes -Learn how to make nutritious meals that are quick and affordable Corporate Educational Seminar/Lunch & Learn -Gather a group and pick a topic of interest to discuss over lunch. Jennifer Ozsungur will spend the hour to educate the group and answer any questions. -Larger groups booked for Nutrigenomix testing receive a one hour educational session on healthy eating for free! PLEASE NOTE: Some group benefit plans and insurance providers cover a portion or all of the services provided by a Registered Dietitian. Please confirm with your plan provider. MyDiet Clinic will provide every client with an insurance receipt which may be used to submit a claim to your provider, if eligible. Our Clinic: MyDiet Clinic is a Personalized Dietetic Consultancy based in Mississauga but servicing the entire GTA. We are able to bring the clinic to you during your busy schedule and time of need. We have a team that is well educated with years of research and clinical experience in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics. We specialize in educating and working with individuals and groups who strive for a balance between a busy schedule and nutritious eating. We understand the challenges which exist in our everyday lives that make it difficult to stay on track with a well balanced diet. That is why we focus on providing practical advice and attainable goals for all our clients.
