Worst maintained apartment, and they wont return any advance amount HI, have stayed here for 6 months, i got the worst experience. 1. No proper maintenance2. Landlord name is scott, he is arrogant, not responding to any emails or calls for maintenance request. 3. In the name of cleaning while vacating they will take away entire advance which is roughly around $1400, even though you have kept apartment in vary good condition. I could rate this as -5
