These guys are great, dare I say Geniuses. Don't waste time taking your machine anywhere else. I had my machine in 5 times over 7 months to ECM and they could not seem to get my Saeco Royal to work properly, in fact they made it worse. I took it to Genius and they made it work like a new machine the first time. The tech was very honest and informative about my options and the time it took him to fix it was extremely fast (I was shocked actually) Full five stars. I feel like I can keep my Royal ( a very expensive machine) working for ever 'cause I have good back up with the people at Genius.
