We are located in Wasaga Beach, a town that offers us a lifestyle of health, with km’s of hiking and skiing trails and the longest freshwater beach in the world. We offer sunset yoga in the summer along the beach… a breathtaking backdrop and sounds of true tranquility. Feel free to come by or call us for a free 15 minute meet and greet.
