Despite the Owner (Brian) promising to provide me with an estimate and do the work on 4 occasions, nothing has been done after two weeks. He now refuses to return phone calls. This has left me and others in a dangerous situation with the resulting ice. Avoid this company at all cost, or risk them making a 'monkey' out of you as well.
