The Founder of Bang A Beat is Jaclyn D. Sorenson, MTA, MT-BC, NMT. She is both accredited through the Canadian Association for Music Therapy as well as Board Certified through the Americam Music Therapy Association. In 2009, she went on to earn her advanced credentials as a Neurologic Music Therapist from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. She is currently a member of both the Canadian Association for Music Therapy and the American Music Therapy Association.
