It is not easy to open up to someone new and reveal truths about yourself, your feelings, and your life that you may not have shared with anyone else. I respect the courage each of my clients shows by reaching out for support when life’s challenges have become too much to face alone. I take the time to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients characterized by respect, compassion, and understanding in order to build trust and safety.
