Description
I work from a strength-based model of counselling, including solution-focused and narrative therapies. This means that we will work collaboratively to find out the strengths that you have in order to get to where you want to be. Along the way, if there are strengths that you think you have yet to achieve, we can work on those too.
I also use practices taken from cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment theory and teachings from some relatively recent findings in neuroplasticity, which tell us that the brain can change - and so can you.
