Lisa Kessig, RMT is a recent graduate of Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). She is licensed in the Province of Ontario and a certified member of CMTO and RMTAO. Lisa is excited to be joining the team at My Cambridge Health with owner, Deborah Capstick, RTCMP, RAc whose focus is Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.

Lisa has comforting manner and a willingness to listen to your specific problems or complaints. Her massage involves using specific stroking or kneading techniques from one or a combination of the massage traditions. Since people differ in the level of pressure they can tolerate, Lisa will modify her techniques to accommodate the comfort level of each client. She encourages clients to provide feedback on which interventions seem to help and which cause them pain. Your initial treatment will consist of a 15 minute assessment followed by treatment.
