Marital, Individual and Family Counselling. For 25 years I have supported individuals, couples and families struggling with feelings related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, difficulties in relationships, family crises, low self-esteem, parenting, sexuality and abuse.
At times life's stresses become overwhelming and exhausting, causing us to feel trapped in our own worlds. Then we may feel confused, angry, frustrated, isolated or helpless. Trauma, family crisis, low self esteem, life transitions, and difficulties in relationships can be addressed with counselling. Through the therapeutic relationship, a mutually reflective process, you are empowered to experience yourself differently in relation to your conflicts. You will feel more powerful, and more able to address your difficulties with integrity, confidence and peace. As a psychotherapist I consider it a privilege to journey with you as you seek to grow in self-awareness and understanding. My office is a 5 minute walk from UWO campus and close to St. Joesph's Hospital.
