The Honest Lawyer Restaurant in Ottawa is not the best place to go and eat. I really didn't like their food, and most of what they serve is pub fare. Sadly the food was not up to par. That's the thing, when you want to locate in the Market and serve food, you are held to a level as the restaurants are pretty good here. But, the Honest Lawyer does have fairly inexpensive drinks as in comparison to the rest of the Market and so that would be the only reason I would go here.
