The Blue Heron Restaurant has welcomed Sechelt residents and visitors to the BC area for the past 17 years. Impeccable service, wonderful food and an incredible view of the Sechelt Inlet all work together to make a memorable fine dining experience. The dining room features warm cedar post and beam with expansive window views of the ocean. The 32 seat patio is an extension of the dining room with fine linen, fresh flowers and candlelight. Sitting right on the water's edge, you can enjoy the sunset, eagles, herons and even the occasional black bear and a family of coyote's.

We visited the Blue Heron last year for a Chirstmas Party and were amazed by the love put into their wonderful buffet. So this year we made reservations for our wedding anniversary as we heard such good things about their seafood plates. Don't pass up the Oysters Rockefeller. It was a great appetizer to start with. And the Queen Charlotte Halibut with their pistachio crust was a perfect plate to end it with. Great service and great atmosphere by the water. Thanks Blue Heron.
