In 1910, Alexis Savard opened the restaurant Mickey Mouse. In 1936, Alexis changes the name of the restaurant called the Café and George VI. In 1940, Alexis Hebert, who sells J.-A. continued to operate the restaurant until the early '60s, he rented a restaurant called Gendron, who, in turn, changes the name of the restaurant for one of the Coffee delights. Subsequently JA Hebert leases it to Roland Labrie who cares to turn four years. Finally, Mr. Hebert leases with purchase option Fernand Gauthier. In 1967, Ms. Gauthier relies on the purchase clause. In 1976, Fernand Delights to sells the coffee to Denis Rivest and his partner Raymond Vendette. In 1978, Denis Rivest transfers his share to Real Lafferière. In April 1992, Raymond became the sole owner. During its renovation and expansion in October 1992, fire razed trade. This is a total loss. On May 22, 1993 Restaurant opening larger than the first. The shareholders are then Vendette Raymond, Lorraine Vendette, Alfred D'Amours and Roberto Ouellet. In 2006, the restaurant was sold to Lisette Ouellet, Alain Fournier and Emmanuel Ouellet, who themselves operate the restaurant since 2006.
