We had a kitchen craft kitchen designed before signing with DB and once we had our membership we payed the EXTRA $350 to sit down with the kitchen designers at DB and our kitchen with the same doors and the same stain come in $300.00 cheaper then our original quote. Not to mention kitchen craft did not charge me anything to design my kitchen which puts DB $50.00 more. I also priced out new appliances (electrolux/Samsung ) and was also able to find those for the same price at DB and did not have to wait 4-6 weeks to get them. So it is a lesson learned if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. If you are a bargain shopper or willing to try and negotiate with retail sellers DB is not the place for you.
