Welcome to the Knit Cafe Toronto! We are a yarn shop, cafe of deliciousness, and resource centre for crafters. We're open everyday of the week at noon- we have late nights on Tuesday for our lively Stitch n' Bitch evenings. We host decadent High Tea Sunday every month, as well as a slew of other tasty knitful events throughout the year. Our Mother's Day Brunch is legendary. We're chocablock full of lovely yarns in natural fibres from around the world. Our needles and accessories are mainly handmade and beautiful- a pleasure to use! We also sell a range of fibre-inspired jewellry, including felted brooches, button earrings and naturally dyed felt bracelets, all by local artisans. We have a window gallery where fibre artists display their work every month everything from crocheted and knitted anatomical hearts for valentine's day, to yarn-wrapped branches, to knitted bicycle covers! And to top it all off we teach a wide range of classes for beginners all the way to seasoned pros. Basically, it's a haven for all fibre enthusiasts- do come by and visit when you're in the hood!
