Do not give them your $. The original Design work was quite well done. Our low rating stems from the horrible after service. You can never get hold of these people. We had some serious issues with cracking on the grout. It took four months for them to come and fix it. And we still had to pay for them to do a crappy job. The finish that they put on was a black grainy substance that Looks nothing like the rest of the finish. That was last year 2017. This year some of the pieces that were repaired have come away from the concrete. This is very very dangerous as We have loose stones. Have decided not to contact this company to come back to repair because of the shoddy workManship and we expect they would want us to pay for it to boot.
