Bella management and Realty (owner Alison Pon) is a weasel. She runs this company like Pol Pot of the Khymer Rouge!Alison is a really stupid person and uses snake-like tactics to get out of paying for something that should clearly be paid for by the condo association or her company. She is very immature and her employees are very much like her: you never get a straight and honest answer from this Management Company. Lying is the constitution of this company and they don't seem to care! For heaven's sake if you even think of using this company or renting from Bella: I can guarantee that you will be very disappointed and probably have to look at litigation to have any of your rights upheld.
