The staff take the time to help you find what you are after. They take the time to have a conversation with you in order to help you figure out what type of rifle better suits your needs. They offer their opinions and provide reasonable information to help keep the customer informed. When asked what they would recommend in a product they don't always suggest the more expensive option. I once asked about recoil in a certain caliber and three sales people joined in all with their own personal experiences with a few different brands for that caliber. They listened to my concerns regarding the weight of rifle vs recoil, quality and price vs what it would be used for. After a few minutes I actually removed one of the rifle options I originally wanted because while the rifle was a good rifle, they all agreed it would be pretty hard hitting in the caliber I wanted. They suggest a lower priced rifle which on a later visit I actually purchased. Highly recommend these guys.
