we visited this location in December with my family. I wish I had more time for visit but for a store that just finished the Christmas/boxing day rush, it was quite organized. There was so much selection to choose from. They carry all sorts of items (more than their website) from clothes and jackets for adults and kids to hiking supplies. Some of hiking/camping supplies you can get cheaper somewhere else but they do carry very good to excellent quality products. The store is in downtown Victoria and is easy to find. Even parking was quite easily found on the street.
