I have great working relationships with highly skilled and reliable trades, architects, and surveyors. As a building contractor, Henderson Custom Homes is completely insured for liability and WSIB. We are fully equipped, including a barge, giving us the ability to construct throughout the Islands or on the mainland. The barge is 10’ x 28’ with a weight capacity of 5, 000 pounds. This makes it ideal for moving furniture, appliances, lumber, ATV’s, trailers, debris, etc. Working within our capacity, if you have a need, we can fill it. We also build quality, bumperfloat docks, decks, floating swim platforms and provide accessories at very competitive prices. You configure the docks and we can build it for you. If you are a “do it yourselfer” we can provide dock kits too. Our service area is Southern Georgian Bay encompassing the Townships of Georgian Bay, Tay and Tiny, Honey Harbour, Port Severn, Port McNicoll, Victoria Harbour, District of Muskoka Midland and Penetanguishene.
