From its inception in 1999, Diversity International was founded and this niche oriented "boutique style of executive Realty Management and Financial Commercial Services" was created during the Alberta boom, there was a great influx of immigration to Alberta from other Canadian provinces. Many Realtors and Mortgage companies were unable to perform and keep up with the demands of the crises, leaving many of the local small entrepreneurs and business owners stranded during this period of time.
In order to respond to this crisis the principal and president of Diversity started a company that was incorporated in 2001 under the name of Montana Realty Services (M.R.S) in Edmonton, Alberta. Clients would come from ll walks of life looking for assistance; riddled by questions of "how to" and "can you do this for me?" drove Diversity to specialize in: acquisitions, locating, financial profiling, loan origination's, real estate contract work, land and apartment buying and selling, mortgage contracts, legal advisory, property management, and project management for business and corporate clients. Diversity International's rapid advancement in all key areas of its business proved to be the right move. Today, under its new banner and re-branding, it has completed numerous projects in Alberta, British Columbia, Toronto, Saskatchewan, and Montreal. In 2004 due to the signing of numerous projects in the US, Diversity realty management & Co. went international with future projects in Jamaica, Belize and Europe in the works. To date, the company is very specialized and holds various key products and services in the fields of Finance & Mortgaging, and real estate contracting for corporations, businesses, institutions, investors and novices. With a worldwide contact list, Diversity International lives up to its name and staff members that encompass all areas of service.
