Headrush Training Center is a Mixed Martial Arts Gym with over 5, 000 square feet of fully functional gym space.
We are equipped with the following: -2, 500 sq ft of dollamur mat space -18 x 18 ft boxing ring -4 long bags -4 Short bags -2 speed bags -1 double end bag -Dumbells -Olympic Bars -Olympic Bumper Plates -Rig -Kettle Bells -Air Bike In addition, we carry all forms of boxing gloves, headgear, shin pads, thai kicking pads for use during classes. Our gym also has 8 wall mounted mirrors laid out across the wall leading into a 24ft long roll of wall mats. We have both male and female change rooms that come equipped with showers.
