We perform pre-listing and pre-purchase home inspections. We are independent of real estate agents. "As a member of the Independent Home Inspectors of North America, I have signed a pledge not to market real estate agents with the intent of obtaining inspection referrals. I believe that there is conflict of interest when inspectors depend on agents for work and agents control home inspector selection. I perform home inspections exclusively for my clients without bias toward the outcome of the sale." A home inspection is a non-invasive examination of a dwelling performed for a fee. The purpose of the inspection is to identify material defects and signs of potential problems which may significantly effect the health and safety of the occupants or the value of the property. Inspections include a written report, consultation and digital photos. We also provide Air quality Services including inspecting and testing for mold, allergens, asbestos and lead paint. Also Ozone Odour Shocking: removes offensive odours without toxic chemicals, fragrances and residues.
