Our core beliefs are set, usually, in childhood by parents, teachers, family members, peers and institutions with whom we have belonged. Sometimes limiting beliefs about who we are, what we can achieve and what we deserve are set in place. These limiting beliefs cloud our vision like a veil in front of our eyes. This inhibits us from being the true essence of who we are. Suki will work with you in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner to uncover these limiting beliefs, many of which operate at an unconscious level. In other words we are often unaware of how these beliefs impact upon our lives. We just know that we are not happy, we are not feeling the joy. We then release these beliefs and lift the veil so that you can DISCOVER YOUR TRUE ESSENCE.
