Ledgers Orillia founder Ronda Hales established this local franchise in 2011 to bring all the services she has traditionally offered her clients under one roof.
As an entrepreneur who has been providing professional bookkeeping and accounting services to businesses across Simcoe County for more than 25 years, Ronda understands first-hand the joys and challenges business owners face on a daily basis. Her priority is providing other business leaders with peace of mind as they focus on the true purpose of their businesses knowing their financial services are being handled effectively and efficiently. Ronda is a long-time Orillia home owner and resident with a grown daughter who graduated from Lakehead University. She sees her adopted hometown as the perfect place to live, work and play – and provides community service in appreciation. She is Treasurer of the Orillia Ladies Hockey League and plays in the Orillia Slo-Pitch League. She believes a strong community is built by local residents and businesses working together. As such, she is a proud member of Orillia Business Women’s Association and Show Your Support Orillia, home of the annual Bras for a Cause Event.
