Here at Quality Tool Repair we pride ourselves on customer service. We have over 60 years of combined experience in our parts and service departments. Our company started operation in 2001 and has become a thriving business since then because we work only with the best to do our best.
We carry parts for most major brands of industrial and commercial power tools, and are also fully authorized parts centers for those brands that we also act as Warranty repair center for. Let us know what part you are looking for. If we don't have it on hand, we will be able to order it for you.

attempted to order a part and indicated clearly I needed it as soon as possible. I was told it was coming in the next week and at no time I told about any potential for delays. Two weeks later, I called and was not given any clear information. More importantly I was treated poorly as a customer. I explained I was not happy with the lack of communication and they did not care. Getting my money back was also problematic.
