Extremely disappointed with the moving service received. They arrived three and a half hours late (!) on the closing day of the condo we were moving out of and the house we were moving into, which caused a lot of problems and stress. The driver didn't even say sorry until I asked him to apologize... They advertise that they bring 10 free boxes, but they did not bring any... They advertise that they bring plastic wraps and they did not bring any... And at the end they took things very slowly in order to charge even more that the previously stated $350 for 4 hours, went overtime by about 15 minutes, charged my credit card over the phone (not in person, which was shady of course) for an additional hour of work ($78) and did not provide a receipt... And guess what? The two movers asked for a tip at the end and were pissed off at me for not giving them at tip. Absolutely ridiculous... Do not use their services.
