Hi, my name is Alana. I am a red seal chef who received my degree at SAIT in their professional cooking program.
I own and operate my own food truck in the Red Deer area and am looking to give YOU 1 on 1 cooking lessons! From cooking basics to fine dining specialties, you can learn it all on my fully equipped and stocked food truck. I am offering late afternoon and evening sessions starting at one hour, or as long as you need. Prices will vary depending on items being made and time spent preparing. And remember my food truck comes to you! No need to worry about a mess or dishes - I take care of that!
