Body Awareness Massage Therapy
360-8702 Meadowlark Road Northwest,Business details
Description
Located in Meadowlark and specializing in CranioSacral Therapy, I offer gentle techniques to enhance the well-being of your body and mind. These techniques open and soften the body, connecting your awareness to the deeper knowledge in your body. As such, the body can start to relax, unwind and heal itself.
WHAT IS CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY?
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) uses holding and gentle pressure to release tensions in the body.
The membranes which surround the brain, the spinal cord and the spinal liquor are attached to the bones of the skull and the sacrum. When these membranes suffer restictions, dysfunctions in seemingly unrelated parts of the body can occur. By gentle manipulation of the bones, restrictions can disssolve and the body can come back into harmonious flow.
