A little bit about Scentsy: I have never been able to have perfumed candles or scented products in my house due to sensitivities. Because Scentsy uses essential oils instead of perfume to scent its wax, individuals such as myself are able to safely use the products! Additionally, Scentsy products are extremely safe. The warmers use paraffin wax which has a low melting point to prevent burns. My puppy knocked over a warmer and spilled the wax on his face and didn’t have a single burn! Because of the low melting temperature, Scentsy is able to use a low-watt bulb to heat the wax ensuring that the warmers don’t get hot enough to burn. Scentsy has a variety of other products as well such as soap, cream, shampoo, laundry soap, etc. Why I joined Scentsy: About a year ago, a friend asked me if I’d be interested in hosting a Scentsy party for her. When I agreed to this, little did I realize the impact it would have on me. I fell in love with the Scentsy products, and since joining the Scentsy family, have been able to share my passion with the added benefit of getting to make many new friends! A little bit about me: I work mainly as an ER nurse. Recently, I’ve returned to school to do my masters. Eventually I’d like to get into teaching. At home, I have two beautiful giant dogs, Cormack and Nova who keep me busy in what little spare time I have!
