I have been practicing Massage Therapy for 4 years, I graduated (With Honors) from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto, in 2010. I have worked in a variety of settings, including a sports clinic at Memorial University in Newfoundland, with The Fairmont Reflection Spa in Jasper, AB, and most recently on board Celebrity Cruise lines with Canyon Ranch. I offer and specialize in Relaxation massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Trigger Point therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage and Myofascial Release. I am able to treat and manage a wide variety of conditions including (but not exclusive to): whiplash, general muscle tension, tension headaches, frozen shoulder, lower back pain, , sciatica, strains, sprains, tendinitis, TMJ, lymphodema, constipation etc. (Feel free to inquire about specific conditions you may have.)
