Welcome to Team Beachbody!
My name is Karlee and I can be your FREE Team Beachbody Coach, and set you up with a FREE Beachbody membership that gives you access to nutritional information, access to workouts, and a large support team, among many other things. Who and what is Beachbody you ask? Beachbody is a Multichannel Marketer, with mobile, print, online, radio, and various other presences. Offering the most innovative, results-oriented programs and skilled, motivational trainers, Beachbody's core purpose is to help people achieve their goals and enjoy a healthy, fulfilling life. Beachbody operates by adhering to four core values: Commit and deliver on your promises.Treat people with respect and be courageously forthright.Take initiative to improve everything.Work with passion, enthusiasm, and common sense.Have you ever heard of P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, Shakeology, or Focus T25? These are all Beachbody Products! I became a part of the Beachbody team a year and a half ago when I started as a customer with Insanity and Shakeology. I signed up with my Coach, and the rest was history. I had the support of my Coach and other Challengers just like me. We all had one common goal, we wanted to feel healthier and happier. Beachbody has done that for me, and I want to spread that happiness to everyone I can! I run Free Challenge Groups every month. What is a Challenge Group you ask? It's a private FB group that I run. Challengers provide support for one another in a private, positive, and intimate setting by engaging and interacting with one another through our fitness journey. As we become more confident, see results, and lose weight, our lives change dramatically. Our Closed FB group allows us to experience Beachbody the way it is meant to be experienced: Deciding to finally take action towards bettering ourselves, Committing to our new program, and Succeeding with the help and accountability of a small group and Coach. I run montly challenge groups, and as your coach I want to ensure you have all the support and guidance you need to be a better you. When I first started I found it a bit overwhelming, so I understand if it seems like a lot. But don't worry I'm here to guide you through the programs and tools, and show you all the additional support you can get from Beachbody.
