Within a session, we address any issues relating: -Relationships -Stress Management -Career -Money, Finances -Dissatisfaction -A sense of disconnection -Apathy -Unhappiness -Depression -Anxiety -Body Image -Physical, emotional, sexual abuse/ Trauma -Borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD, ADD -Self-esteem -Emotional Management In a session, I may include: - Tarot card reading - Chakra Reading - Mini Reiki -Crystal healing -Meditation -Prayer -Spiritual channelling -Guidance -Wisdom -Cognitive Behavioural -Empowerment model -Art therapy -Mindfulness Everything is connected. The wellness within yourself reflects the wellness in the life you experience. We are built with three different components, interchangeable to another... Mind Body Spirit The issues that are addressed, stem from one or more of these components.Any blockage/stressors in your life are further explored and brought to awareness through a combination of western and eastern techniques, attitudes and beliefs. With this at hand, we find solutions, give healing, and cleansing based on your situation. I am able to tap into each component and realign these aspects in order to alleviate any symptoms or concerns and direct you in the path you choose to take with inspiration and assurance.
