I founded Living Sky Counselling & Consulting after 17 years of working in the public sector. I have extensive experience and expertise in providing clinical counselling services in Regina.
My approach as a professional therapist is collaborative, solution focused, and client centered. Over the course of my career I have mastered evidence based practices that are designed to improve people's mental and emotional health. It is my style to develop strong therapeutic relationships that is rooted in the philosophy of respect , trust, and self-determination. In addition, I have the ability to consult with a variety of systems in order to improve service delivery frameworks.
