My name is Quincy Madiam and I'm a Personal Trainer, Online Training Coach and Fitness Blogger.
I am on a mission to help regular, everyday folks become the best versions of themselves through fitness. Whether your goal is to lose fat and look amazing, build muscle and feel powerful, or simply to be able to live the rest of your life pain free and able to run, jump and move effortlessly, I am here to help.
I also believe that for one to be truly fulfilled, the physical is only one part of the equation. In fact, I would argue that maximizing mental health can be a huge factor in determining one's success in any endeavor including transforming one's body and life for the better.
This website will mainly feature articles that cover how to maximize one's physical health(tips about how to lose weight and gain muscle safely and effectively) but will occasionally include tips on improving ones mental acuity(lessons we will borrow from Philosophy, Psychology, Human Behavior, etc.)
The ultimate goal then, is:
- to mold your body into one you can be proud of AND turn heads
- sharpen your mind so that you can face whatever challenge life puts in your way
- to combine the two together to finally live the life of your dreams
