Your mental health is important. I work on providing therapy for a variety of mental health issues. My educational qualification includes four academic degrees, BA, B.Ed, BSW and MSW. I have the skills and experience of providing therapy regarding variety of issues. Some of my areas of exercise are Addictions (gambling, alcohol, drugs etc.), self esteem, depression, trauma, various mental health diagnosis (bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder etc.), eating disorder, family violence and abuse (Physical, sexual, emotional, neglect, spiritual, financial). In addition, I also have extensive experience working with diverse population (cultural, age, sexual orientation, gender). I can provide therapy in three other languages excluding English (Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi).
