I am a very committed real estate agent. I love my clients and work hard to do the right thing for them. I try to give my clients all of the information they need to make the right decision for their situation. Everyone has different needs, wants and tolerance to how much work they are comfortable taking on. I try to learn from my clients want is important to them and then work hard to find a home that suit them.
I like to learn and grow. I have taken several courses and certifications to make sure I stay up on what is happening in the industry, the latest being Master Certified Negotiation Expert, the 1st in New Brunswick, 3 in Atlantic Canada and 42 nation wide. I enjoy making sure that I am able to serve my clients to the best of my ability. I care about the results we achieve and I know that by continually learning I am helping my clients achieve their goals. My past experience is primarily in construction. I have worked in industrial and residential construction for many years. I have also renovated many homes. I am not talking about the kind of renovating where you hire a contractor and pick your colours but the kind where I spend hours learning to do a renovation and then days doing it. I have tackled everything from putting walls up to major plumbing and electrical jobs. I have reshingled roofs, waterproofed basements and pretty much everything in between. I have learned that you can do almost anything if you set your mind to it. That being said, there are some jobs I hope to never have to do again (can you say grout?) I like technology. Not technology per se, but what you can do with technology. I like the way I can share info and create content. We live in an amazing time and if we stay current we can do a lot to market a home. I do a mobile website for all listings, I use QR codes and text for more info. I am working on using videos even more than I do currently. The term 'showing a home' has really changed in the past few years.
