I am in independent consultant for the Medicine Hat area.
I never had a weight issue and then suddenly I turned 40 and everything changed. I went from 135lbs to 170 practically overnight and nothing I did would take it off. Now I have TRU and I see the changes. My stomach is flatter and my rings can actually spin on my finger. I have severe vertigo and as a result standard exercise programs and diets just don't work for me. I have to have a low sodium diet and prepackaged meals or food programs don't take that into consideration. As a migraine sufferer anything with "fake sugars" are totally off limit to me.
