I'm a Registered Psychologist in private practice in St. Albert, Alberta. I use a person-centered foundation for my therapeutic work, and pull resouces from other therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, as well as Clinical Hypnosis to assist clients in their movement towards wellness and growth.
I have a background in working with children, youth and families, and specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
