I have a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Calgary and Master’s of Counselling degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. I have specialized in the areas of postpartum depression, addictions, healthy relationships, and parenting.
Over the last 10 years I have worked doing group and individual counselling with a wide variety of clients. I have worked at a government agency and several community agencies. I have worked with people experiencing postpartum depression, addictions, and families facing difficulties during separation and divorce. I believe if I can help clients identify and overcome hurdles that this process will lead to a more authentic and meaningful life.
